Student Orientation - Monday August 13

STUDENT ORIENTATION (OVERVIEW): The purpose of student orientation is to acquaint students with new policies and procedures and to take care of items such as school pictures, ID cards, parking permits, lunches, etc. Because there are several items at orientation which apply only to seniors, Mrs. Susan Estrade, Assistant Principal for Activities and Alumni Director, is sending home a letter to seniors and their parents explaining these items. The schedule of student orientation times is listed below.

STUDENT ORIENTATION BY GRADE LEVEL: In order to facilitate the orientation process, students are asked to arrive at school based upon their grade level.

The approximately two hour orientation sessions will be held on Monday, August 13, beginning in the small dining room of the College Café according to the schedule listed below.

The Student Orientation Schedule is as follows:

                        8:00 AM -10:00 AM - 7th and 8th Grades
                        10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - 9th and 10th Grades
                        12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - 11th and 12th Grades
                       
DRESS FOR STUDENT ORIENTATION (MONDAY, AUGUST 13): All students must be appropriately dressed in their dress Oxford shirts and ties, khaki pants, black belt, socks and shoes, with appropriately-styled haircuts and clean shaven for their orientation sessions.
