St. Stanislaus is one of the largest Catholic boarding and day schools for boys in the United States and has been educating young men since 1854. Our foundation is built on structure, consistency and good moral values. Over the past 157 years, the Brothers of the Sacred Heart and lay faculty have used these values to train thousands of young men to take their place in the world as true “Men of Character.”

With several honors and AP courses, eleven sports, numerous clubs and organizations, and a thriving campus ministry, St. Stanislaus is more than a school—it’s a sanctuary where students not only excel academically and athletically but where they also gain valuable experiences that will carry them through life’s many challenges.

St. Stanislaus admits students of all races, color, national or ethnic origin or religious preference. The following criterion is used to evaluate candidates for admissions to the school:
  •  the individual’s overall school record (both academic and behavioral performances)
  • the recommendations of the former school’s principal
  • an interview with the applicant and his parents (guardians)

For students transferring to St. Stanislaus, all provisions of the school’s admission policy apply. In addition, any grades expressed numerically are converted to letter grades.

Day/Resident Student Status
A student is accepted into St. Stanislaus as a day student or as a resident student. A day student is required to live east of the Louisiana-Mississippi state line, south of Mississippi Highway 26, and west of the Ocean Springs, Mississippi city line. Any student living outside this area must be enrolled as a resident student.

A St. Stanislaus day student must reside with and be under the daily supervision of a parent, a legal guardian, or a designated adult. No student is allowed to remain at St. Stanislaus if otherwise. If the adult is not a legal guardian, he/she must be agreed upon by the school and the legal guardian.
